J. W. Stooksberry

J. W. Stooksberry, 69, Iron City, TN, died peacefully at his home,

Saturday, August 20, 2005 after a brief illness.



Visitation will be Sunday, Aug 21, 2005 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Monday, Aug 22, 2005 from 9:00 am to service time at Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood, TN.



Services will be Monday, August 22, 2005 at 3:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Collinwood, TN, with Eural Daniel, Jr. and Tim Hanback officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, TN.





A native of Wayne County, TN, he was retired from Stylon Tile of over 19 years employment, was a former school bus driver, was a farmer, and was a member of Scott's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church where he had served as a deacon for over thirty-five years.

Mr. Stooksberry was a son of the late Herman and Bessie Olive Stooksberry.
