J. C. JOHNSON
was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on September 5, 1926 the son of the late Walter Coleman and Nellie Johnson.
On February 8, 1947 he was united in marriage to Frances Stricklin, who survives.
Mr. Johnson served his country in the United States Army. He was a retired mechanic and was a member of Olivet Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was a 32nd degree Mason.
Mr. Johnson departed this life on May 11, 2013 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 86 years, 8 months and 6 days.
In addition to his wife, Frances of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by two sons, Ronnie Johnson and John Coleman Johnson, Jr., both of Savannah, Tennessee
4 grandchildren, Adam Johnson, Amy Hosea, Denny Johnson and Angela Irons
