J. B. McIntyre

J. B. McIntyre was born October 8, 1925 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late John W. McIntyre and Lillie Frances Smith Robinson.He was united in marriage to Annie Lee Smith on January 5, 1962. Mrs. McIntyre preceded him in death on July 29, 2000.Mr. McIntyre was a press operator with General Electric. He was a member of the Second Baptist Church in Selmer, Tennessee.Mr. McIntyre departed this life on May 29, 2010 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 84 Years, 7 Months, 21 Days. He is survived by daughter, Georgia McIntyre of Selmer, TN; two step daughters, Kathleen Inez Clark of Selmer, TN, JoAnn Hellman of Jackson, TN; a stepson, Earl Lee King of Selmer, TN; four sisters, Georgia Faye Boyd and husband Olin of Bethel Springs, TN, Linda Smith of Stantonville, TN, Aletha Henley of Stantonville, TN, Carolyn Austin of Savannah, TN; a brother, Douglas McIntyre of Adamsville, TN.In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. McIntyre was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Jo Smith, Mattie Sue McDaniel.
