Isaac Noah Rickman was born December 14, 1924 in McNariy County, Tennessee the son of the late Edgar and Lena Mae Bowers Rickman.
He was united in marriage to Lois Marie Stewart on April 27, 1947. They were married for 60 years, she preceded him in death on July 14, 2007.
Mr. Rickman was self employed, he hauled many loads of gravel and was a backhoe operator. He was a member of the Clear Creek Baptist church. He served honorably in the United States Army during World War II, he earned various medals, ribbons and badges including the medical badge, European-African-Middle Eastern Theater ribbon with two Bronze Battle Stars, World War II victory ribbon and the Purple Heart.
Mr. Rickman departed this life on March 25, 2010 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 85 Years, 3 Months, 11 Days. He is survived by a son, JImmy Rickman and wife Wanda of Selmer, TN; two daughters, Carolyn Howell and husband John Dee of Adamsville, TN, Judy Wilkerson of Savannah, TN; seven grandchildren, Crystal Barber and husband Bradley of Decatur County, TN, Cristy King and husband Darryl of Hornsby, TN, Brandi Morris and husband Jason of Selmer, TN, Keith Howell and wife Tanya of Adamsville, TN, Steve Howell of Adamsville, TN, Ricky Howell and wife Hope of Adamsville, TN, Jamie Rickman and wife Candace of Prosper, TX; 11 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Rickman was preceded in death by a brother, E.G. Rickman.
