Irma Lee Mitchell

Irma Lee Walker Mitchell of Waynesboro, TN was born January 16, 1921 in Waynesboro, TN, the daughter of the late Percy Clyde and Mamie Cannon Walker. She was united in marriage to Charles Edward Mitchell and he preceded her in death on September 4, 2010.Mrs. Mitchell was a retired factory worker and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee.Mrs. Mitchell departed this life on Friday, February 3, 2012 at her home at the age of 91 Years, 18 Days.She is survived by sons, Ricky Mitchell and Tommy Mitchell of Waynesboro, TN; daughter, Jean Inman; brother, Clyde Walker all of Waynesboro, TN; 7 Grandchildren, Ricky, Gary, Brandon, David,Tiffany, Madyson, and Stephen; 2 Great-Grandchildren, Colby and Mallary.Services will be held on Sunday, February 5, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Jerry L. Robbins officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
