Iris Treece

Iris Clayton Treece Iris Clayton Treece, 88, died Tuesday, February 11, 2009, in the Brandon Regional Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Mrs. Treece was born in McNairy County to Manley and Avis Milford Clayton. She and her husband Henry Treece moved to Trenton, Tennessee, in 1951. They ran a plumbing and grocery business for some 25 years. Mr. Treece died in 1981. In 2002 Mrs. Treece moved to Nashville, Tennessee, to live with her daughter. They all moved to Riverview, Florida, in 2003.Mrs. Treece was a member of the Trenton First Baptist Church for 50 years and a member of Simmons Loop Baptist Church in Riverview, Florida, for the past 6 years.She is survived by her daughter Annette Morrison; granddaughter Carmen Murphy and great-granddaughter Haley Murphy, all of Riverview; a sister, Rita Fry and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
