Was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on March 25, 1921 the daughter of the late William Ledford and Flora Angeline Franks Stricklin.
Miss Stricklin was a homemaker and a member of Forest Ridge Union Church. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, quilting and loved outdoors.
Miss Stricklin departed this life August 27, 2006 at the Hardin Home Nursing Home in Savannah at the age of 85 years, 5 months and 2 days.
She is survived by 3 brothers, O. C. Stricklin of Savannah, Tennessee, George Stricklin of Cypress Inn, Tennessee and Bobby Joe Stricklin of Florence, Alabama.
One sister, Lorene Franks of Savannah, Tennessee.
Miss Stricklin was also preceded in death by 5 sisters, Betty Jean Stricklin, Pearl Hughes, Margaret Stricklin, Gladys Robbins and Polly Franks and 2 brothers, John Henry and Billy Stricklin.
