Imogene Rouse

Imogene Rouse was born July 27, 1929 in Perryville, Tennessee the daughter of the late John and Harriet McCann Rouse.Miss Rouse was a telephone operator with Mooseheart orphanage in Aurora, Illinois. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bethel Springs, Tennessee. She was a master seamstress. Even though she had no children of her own, she was a "mother" to many.Miss Rouse departed this life on May 21, 2010 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 80 Years, 9 Months, 24 Days. She is survived by a brother, Larry Wayne Rouse of Finger, TN; a sister, Lurlene (Rouse) Sanders of Finger, TN.In addition to her parents, Miss Rouse was preceded in death by two sisters, Reva Rouse, Clava Neal Julian; a brother, Robert Rouse.
