Ida Rogers

IDA ROGERSLuray, TN: Ida Ethel Brittain Rogers, age 94 passed away January 23, 2013 at the Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center.She was born in Henderson County, the daughter of the late Issac and Arbie McCormick Brittain . She attended schools in Henderson County and was married to James Otis Rogers in 1934. She worked in several garment factories and later worked for RIFA. She was a Pentecostal in belief.She is survived by a son, Jerry Rogers of Luray and a daughter, Linda Robbins of Alamo; three grandchildren two step grandchildren, three great grandchildren and five step great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, James Otis Rogers in 1962 and a son, Danny Roger in 2012 and a grandson Kevin Rogers in 2009.
