Hugholene Vincent peacefully passed away on October 1, 2023, at the Tennessee State Veteran’s Home in Humboldt, TN. She was born on January 24, 1939, in Hardeman County, Tennessee. Hugholene was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend who led a fulfilling life.

Hugholene dedicated her career to Kilgore Manufacturing where she worked as an inspector until her retirement. Her work ethic and attention to detail were well-known among her colleagues. She took great pride in her job and was highly respected within the company.

Outside of work, Hugholene had a love for simple pleasures and cherished spending time with her loved ones. She enjoyed going to morning coffee outings with her dear friend, creating lasting memories and sharing laughter along the way. Throughout her life, she remained rooted in Hardeman County, where she found joy in the tight-knit community and the familiar faces that surrounded her.  She was a member of Parrans Chapel Baptist Church in Bolivar.

She is predeceased by her parents Wesley and Mary Lou Bryant Jacobs; her loving spouse Joseph H. Vincent, whom she married on July 16, 1957; sisters Inez Tucker, Peggy Ann Morrison, and Diane Jacobs; as well as brothers David, Norris, and Billy Jacobs.

Hugholene leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Naylor (Randy) of Saulsbury. Her caring presence will be greatly missed by her sisters Donna Hamer (Dan) of Bolivar, Kathy Vaughn (Derek) of Florida, Sheila Frost (Tony) of North Carolina; brothers Larry Jacobs of Bolivar, Jerry Jacobs of Jackson, Bobby Jacobs (Mona) of Toone; and grandson Blake Naylor of Bolivar.

Hugholene Vincent was a remarkable woman who touched the hearts of all who crossed her path. She will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her dedication to her work, and her genuine kindness towards others.
