Howard Copeland

Howard Copelandwas born in Cerro Gordo, Tennessee on August 9, 1925 the son of the late Joseph Elbert and Katherine AnnaBelle Howard Copeland.On April 1, 1945 he married Doris Cagle, who preceded him in death on May 24, 1997.Mr. Copeland was an Army Veteran and had worked at Hardin Farmers CO-OP as a clerk and a fuel deliverer before retiring.Mr. Copeland departed this life on December 27, 2007 at the age of 82 years, 4 months, 18 days.He is survived by 2 sons: Tommy Copeland and Steve Copeland both of Savannah, Tennessee; 2 daughters: Jeanne King and Terri Garrison both of Savannah, Tennessee; 1 sister: Maxine Phillips of Savannah, Tennessee; 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by 1 great-grandchild: Shelby Franks.
