Hildreth Swindle Wallis was born June 14, 1919 in Mississippi the daughter of the late Josh and Levenia Pierce Swindle.
She was united in marriage to Guy Clifton Wallis who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Wallis was a member of the Unity Baptist Church in Ramer and a Homemaker.
She departed this life on August 15, 2005 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 86 Years, 2 Months, 1 Day.
Mrs. Wallis is survived by a daughter, Ann Lewis of Osage Beach, Missouri; four sons, Melvin Wallis of Bethel Springs, Stephen Wallis of Booneville, Mississippi, Robert G. Wallis of Ramer, Sammy Wallis of Washington, Illinois; one brother, Ralph Swindle of Booneville, twenty-one grandchildren, forty-seven great grandchildren and one great great granchild.
Other than her parents and her husband, Mrs. Wallis was preceded in death by a son, William (Bill) Wallis ; a grandson, Michael Wallis as well as four sisters and three brothers.
