Herbert Gene Brewer

Herbert Gene (Pee Wee) Brewer of Waynesboro, TN was born June 30, 1941 in Waynesboro, TN, the son of the late Frank Leonard Brewer and Jimmie Grace Nutt Brewer. He was united in marriage to Linda Jo Cole on September 24, 1965 and she preceded him in death on February 13, 1990.
Mr. Brewer was a carpenter and farmer and was a member of the Waynesboro Church of Christ in Waynesboro, Tennessee.
Mr. Brewer departed this life on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 70 Years, 7 Months, 5 Days.
He is survived by a son, Scott Cole Brewer and wife, Janice; daughters, Angela Kay Creecy and husband, Timothy Wayne and Kristy Gay Moore and husband, Steve all of Waynesboro, TN; step-daughters, Shebra Frazier and husband, Marty of Waynesboro, TN and Delorie Juhasz and husband, Ray of Savannah, TN; a sister, Rubye Anderson of Waynesboro, TN; grandchildren, Sean Allen and wife, Kersten, Tyler Allen, Somer Stone and husband, Jamie, Erica Moore, Nathan Moore, Cole Creecy, and Michael Scott Brewer; step-grandchildren, Jana and Randy Holt, Kristy Fulks, Matt Dixon, Jessica Thrasher, and Rachel Marshall; great-grandchildren, Sawyer and Presley Stone; step-great-grandchildren, Lane and Danielle Haddock, Pheonix Beckham, Journey Hunt, Stormy Risner, Shelby McDonald, Evan Dixon, and Abby Marshall; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, Linda, Mr. Brewer was preceded in death by granddaughter, Monica Beth Brewer; brothers, Russ, Carmack, Lester, Crevice, G. W., Frank, Jr., and Earl Brewer; sisters, Hester York and Edith Brewer; and an unnamed infant.
Services will be held on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Bobby Pinckley and Mitchell L. Skelton officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery,Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
Pallbearers will be Royce Pulley, Mark Brewer, Tom Anderson, Buddy Plunkett, Marty Frazier, and John Brazier
