Henry Webb

HENRY WEBBwas born July 4, 1924 in Hardin County, Tennessee, son of the late Everett and Daisy Mae Counce Webb.On June 5, 1942 he married the former Gladys Meeks. He was a member of Pisgah United Methodist Church.He was retired from the State Forrestry Service. Mr. Webb was a farmer and fisherman. He loved gardening and fishing. He wanted to catch the last catfish in the Tennessee River.Mr. Webb departed this life May 28, 2009 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 84 years, 10 months, and 24 days.He leaves his wife Gladys Webb of Counce, Tennessee.1 daughter - Lora McLain - Counce, Tennessee.2 sons - Willard Webb and James Larry Webb both of Counce, Tennessee.4 grandchildren - Shannon Horner, Brandy Webb, Rusty Webb, and Sean King.5 great grandchildren.4 sisters - Louise Milender - Savannah, Tennessee, Daisy Maureen Vanderford - Counce, Tennessee, Nancy Spencer - Adamsville, Tennessee, and June Hunter - Columbus, Mississippi.1 brother - Charles Everett Webb - Morris Chapel, Tennessee.Mr. Webb was preceded by a son - Vernon Webb, 3 grandchildren - Todd Webb, Dusty Webb, and Kevin Webb, and two brothers - Fred Webb and Bobby Webb.
