Henry Hunsinger

Henry (Doc) Hunsingerwas born in Danielson, Georgia on October 31, 1933. On January 17, 1957 he married the former Robbie Lou Roberts, who preceded him in death on June 9, 1991.Mr. Hunsinger was a retired general carpenter for Chicago Carpenters Union. He was an OTR truck driver for 20 years prior to becoming a carpenter. He was a Mason and loved the property he retired on. He had previously lived in Round Lake Park, Illinios.He is survived by 2 sons: Henry G. Hunsinger and his wife Mary of Savannah, Tennessee, Michael G. Hunsinger and his wife Robin of Ingleside, Illinios; 1 daughter: Sharon Hunsinger of Round Lake, Illinois; 1 brother: Charles Fredrich Hunsinger of Pennsylvania; 3 sisters: Willia Mae Martin of South Carolina, Shirley Scott of Georgia, Lois Williams of Washington; 1 step-sister: Julie Stanford of Selmer, Tennessee; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.He was preceded in death by a son: Robert Dewey Hunsinger; 3 brothers.Memorial services were held Saturday, February 9, 2008 at 3:00 PM in the Shackelford Chapel.
