Helen S. Stahl, of Hornsby, died Friday, January 21, at Bolivar General Hospital.
The widow of Tola Steve Stahl, who died in April of 1981, she was a homemaker and lived most of her life in Memphis, moving to Hornsby in 1999. She was a member of the McLemore Ave. Presbyterian Church where she was very active in her early years and was a former pianist for the church.
Services were 4 pm Sunday, January 23, at Shackelford's Chapel in Bolivar with Danny Hopper officiating. Graveside services were held Monday at Elmwood Cemetery in Memphis. Shackelford Funeral Directors of Bolivar were in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her daughter, Helen M. Stahl of Hornsby; her son, Steve Tola Stahl of Albany, Georgia; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
