Helen Lucille Dooley

Helen Lucille Mathis Dooley of Waynesboro, TN was born July 15, 1935 in Wayne Co., TN, the daughter of the late Ed and Lucille Lacher Mathis. She was united in marriage to William Barney Dooley on July 30, 1955 and he preceded her in death on March 28, 1987.



Mrs. Dooley was a homemaker and member the American Legion Auxiliary and departed this life on Friday, November 9, 2012 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 77 Years, 3 Months, 25 Days.



She is survived by daughters, Susan Gallian and husband, Mike of Waynesboro, TN, and Deloris Lansche of Duluthi, Ga; sons, William Paul Dooley and wife, Marilyn of Collinwood, TN, David Mark Dooley and wife, Dale of Waynesboro, TN, John Scott Dooley and wife, Renee of Nolensville, TN; grandchildren; Mendy Stotts and husband, Joseph, Benjamin Gallian and wife, Tonya, Lori Holt and husband, Jeremy, Daniel Dooley and wife, Alyssa, Brittany Warren and husband, James, William Gallian and wife, Frankie, Allan A. Lansche, Alexis Napoli, Kinsey Danielle Dooley, Dalton Matthew Dooley, and Colton Chase Dooley; great-grandchildren, Haley Holt, Michaela Gallian, Luke Holt, Jaylee Warren, Matt Dooley, Jake Dooley, Barrett Gallian, Allison Dooley, Bowman Stotts, and Haven Warren; brother; Edward Earl Mathis and wife, Patty, of Waynesboro,TN; sister, Judy Ann Ward and husband, Dan of Waynesboro, TN; nieces and nephews.



Services will be Sunday, November 11, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Bobby Pinckley and Mitchell L. Skelton officiating. Burial will be in Phillips Cemetery, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Pallbearers will be Shane Ward, Daniel Dooley, Dallan Lansche, Joseph Stotts, Ben Gallian, Willian Gallian, and Jeremy Holt and honorary pallbearers will be Dalton and Colton Dooley, Allen Mathis, and Howard Davis.
