Hazel Dean Stults Malone

Hazel Dean Stults Malone of Savannah, TN was born February 4, 1929 in Wayne Co., TN, the daughter of the late Tony and Virginia Taylor Stults. She married William Lawrence Malone and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Malone, a seamstress and of the Protestant faith, departed this life Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Hardin County Medical Center, Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 88 Years, 3 Months, 23 Days.

Survivors, a son, John Malone, wife Rhonda of Savannah, TN; daughters, Theresa Brock, husband, Eric of Cumberland City, TN, Dorothy Jean Durbin, husband, Travis of Olivehill, TN; 18 Grandchildren, 19 Great-Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Malone was preceded in death by sons, Terry Lane and Charles William Malone; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Arlie Taft and Billy Ralph Stults and a sister, Helen Hudson.

Services will be Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Greg Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in Railroad Cemetery, Iron City, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 30, 2018 from 6 to 9 pm and Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from 10 am until service time at the funeral home.
