HAZEL LOUISE IRVIN
was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on August 18, 1940 the daughter of the late Claude Woodward and Lee Oma McCollum Irvin.
Ms. Irvin worked as a line worker for Brown Shoe Company and she also had worked as a CNA. Ms. Irvin was a member of Piney Grove Church of Christ. She loved to write poetry, read, quilt and do all types of needlepoint in her spare time.
Ms. Irvin departed this life on March 12, 2016 in Jackson, Tennessee after an extended illness at the age of 75 years, 6 months and 23 days.
She is survived by her three sisters, Dorothy Taylor and her husband Sam of Semmes, Alabama, Linda White and Russell Oldham of Florence, Alabama and Margie Ashe and family of Selmer, Tennessee.
Ms. Irvin is also survived by a nephew, Lee Crow and his wife Sonja of Mobile, Alabama, special family, George, Sherrie and Eli Davis, all of Savannah, Tennessee and her loyal companion, Buddy.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by five brothers, Ancil, Joe, Jimmy Ray, Kenneth and David Irvin.
