Hazel Melton Galigher
MEDON: Hazel V. Galigher, age 74, passed away in her home the morning of April 12, 2007, where her caregivers were her nieces Christie Strain and Janet Tharp. Ms. Galigher is a retired CNA, retiring from Maplewood Nursing Home in Jackson. She is a member of the Bemis Church of Christ.
She is survived by her three brothers; James Melton of Morris Chapel, TN, D. C. Melton of Selmer, TN, and Larence Ellis Melton of Pinson, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband Loyd Taylor Galigher, and two sons; Michael Galigher and Phillip Galigher.
Ms. Galigher was the daughter of the late David Luther and Lillie Cazel Thomas Melton.
Funeral services will be at Casey Funeral Home in Henderson with visitation Friday, April 13, 2007 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and also all day Saturday at the funeral home.
The funeral will be Saturday at 4:30 PM with Bro. Ed Ballard officiating. Ms. Galigher will be laid to rest at Trinity Cemetery in Henderson.
