HAZEL NEILL CROTTS
Was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on January 17, 1936 the daughter of the late Dewey Andrew and Cornelia Jane Solomon Neill.
On August 31, 1963 she was united in marriage to Billy Wade Crotts, who preceded his wife in death on November 14, 1994.
Mrs. Crotts was a retired insurance agent for Williams Insurance. She was a member of Turkey Creek Baptist Church.
Mrs. Crotts departed this life on February 11, 2006 at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 70 years and 25 days.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Lisa Jane Maslar and her husband Stephen of Savannah, Tennessee and Jill Paige Forbes and her husband Harrison of Savannah, Tennessee.
3 grandchildren, Harrison Parker, Alexandra Jane and Chandler Neill
2 sisters, Jo Nell Blackwelder and Maedell Russell, both of Savannah, Tennessee.
One brother, Floyd B. Neill of Somerville, Tennessee
And her special caregiver of 3 years, Carolyn Bratton.
