Harvie Dale Cossey

HARVIE DALE COSSEYwas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on September 19, 1943 the son of the late George Lewis and Mary Catherine Michael Cossey.Mr. Cossey retired form the United States Navy. He also was a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service for 9 years. Mr. Cossey loved fishing and loved the youth group at the Savannah Church of Christ which he was a member of .He departed this life on January 23, 2013 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 69 years, 4 months and 4 days.Mr. Cossey is survived by one son, Terry Cossey and his wife Christina of Glenwood, Arkansastwo grandchildren, Garrett and Ryan Cosseytwo brothers, George Cossey of South Bend, Indiana and Melvin Cossey of Birmingham, Alabamatwo sisters, Pauline Cobb of Turlock, California and Shirley Allensworth of Joiner, ArkansasIn addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one sister, Willidene Davis and four brothers, Milford, James, L. D. and Hassell Cossey.
