Harvey Roesler
was born on April 18, 1928 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of the late Edward Sebastian and Mildred Louise Brockmeier Roesler.
On July 10, 1948 he was united in marriage to the former Berniece Anderson, who survives. Mr. Roesler retired from Reynolds Metals Company after 38 years as a rotogravure printing press operator. He was a member of the Printing Pressmans' Union #6 and a member of Florissant Valley Christian Church. After his retirement and prior to moving to Savannah, he lived in Florida for 19 years. Mr. Roesler was an avid golfer and fisherman.
He departed this life on July 10, 2007 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of
79 years, 2 months and 22 days.
Mr. Roesler is survived by his wife, Berniece Roesler of Savannah, Tennessee;
his children: Dr. Mark A. Roesler of Chesterfield, Missouri, Marilyn B. Foss of Winfield, Missouri, Phillip E. Roesler of Memphis, Missouri and Glenda J. Cushing of Wright City, Missouri;
six grandchildren: Kyle, Edward, Rachel, Wendy, Erin and Angela;
three brothers: Arthur Roesler of Houston, Texas, Erwin Roesler of Kansas City, Missouri and Ralph Roesler of O'Fallon, Missouri;
and four sisters: Mildred Ryan, Margie Marciak, and Bernice Lenzing all of St. Louis, Missouri and Eunice Swenson of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Edward Roesler and Theodore Roesler and two sisters: Ruth Traweek and Lois Peden.
