Harriet Sandra Russell

Harriet Sandra Russell, age 82, of Cypress Inn, TN, passed away on August 29, 2024, in Waynesboro, TN. She was born on December 13, 1941 in Bradford, PA, Harriet was the daughter of the late William Russell and Evelyn Bottorf. Harriet dedicated many years of her professional life to serving others at the Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center, where her caring spirit and unwavering dedication made a profound impact on many.

She is survived by daughter, Kim Elaine Royer of Cypress Inn, TN; son, Richard Stanley Royer; grandchildren, Mark Thomas Derwin, Teri Lynn Derwin, and Jill Marie Royer; and great grandchild, Shaylynn Rose Reynoso. 

In addition to her parents, Harriet is preceded in death by her brother, Kevin Bottorf; sisters, Mary Brillhart, Billie Melia, Carol Johnson, and Kathryn Russell.
