Mr. Warren passed away Sunday, November 28, 2010 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
The husband of Cecile Warren, who survives, he retired as a truck driver for Builders Transportation in Memphis. Mr. Warren was born March 3, 1948 in Toone to the late Willie Doc Warren and Lola King Warren and lived all of his life here. He served his country in the U.S. Army for 8 months before being released for hardship and was a member of Toone Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, whom he married May 18, 1968, he is survived by three sons, Chris Warren of Henderson, Terry Maybury of Medon and Jerry Maybury of Beach Bluff; a daughter, Rebecca Benard of Toone; a brother, Bill Warren of Toone; seven grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelly Galigher; three brothers, Doug Warren, Tom Warren and Everette Warren; and a sister, Dorothy Hill.
