Was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on December 23, 1932 the son of the late L. R. and Mildred Finely Scott.
Mr. Scott was a retired welder. He was a member of New Prospect Baptist Church.
Mr. Scott departed this life on February 14, 2006 at the Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 73 years, 1 month and 22 days.
He is survived by 2 daughters, Tina Milam of Scotts Hill, Tennessee and Cassie Tubbs of Sardis, Tennessee.
2 sons, Mike Scott of Morris Chapel, Tennessee and Tony Scott of Sparta, Tennessee.
9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren
One sister, Betty Harrison of Savannah, Tennessee.
Mr. Scott was also preceded in death by one daughter, Sherry Smith, one brother, Carl Scott and one sister, Imogene Stacks.
