Harold Lynn Morris

Harold Lynn Morris of Clifton, TN was born March 30, 1941 in Wayne Co., TN, the son of the late Willie Coy and Marion Frances Pulley Morris. He was united in marriage to the former Shelby Jean Rippy on May 3, 1958. Mr. Morris was a retired factory worker and mechanic and was a member of the Beech Creek Full Gospel Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee where he pastored for many years.

Mr. Morris departed this life on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 80 Years, 7 Months, 17 Days.

He is survived by his wife, Shelby Jean Morris of Clifton, TN; daughter-in-law, Lisa Morris of Murfreesboro, TN; grandchildren, Timothy Scott Morris, wife, Olivia, Christopher Adam Morris, wife, Sandra and Jackson Wayne Lomax, wife, Sara; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Earl Morris and Franklin Morris both of Hohenwald, TN, Charles Morris, Waynesboro, TN, Don Morris, Clifton, TN and Virgil Morris, Savannah, TN; sister, Kathleen Livingston, Brownsville, TN and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Morris was preceded in death by son, Bobby Lynn Morris and brother, David Morris.

Services will be Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, TN with Joseph Wallace and N. J. Pope officiating. Burial will follow in the Beech Creek Full Gospel Church Cemetery, Clifton, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family. Visitation will be Friday, November 19, 2021 from 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 1 pm to service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Scott Morris, Adam Morris, Jackson Lomax, Daniel Davis, Ray Prater and Shane (Shag) Rippy.
