Harold Maness

HAROLD MANESSHenderson, TN: Harold Wayne Maness, age 74 passed away December 21, 2012 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.Mr. Maness was born and reared in Henderson County, the son of the late Guy Lether and Lura Ann Hart Maness. He graduated from Lexington High School in 1958, attended University of Tennessee at Martin, and graduated U.T. Pharmacy School in Memphis in 1965. He married Joy Yates of Henderson County in 1964. He owned and operated the Henderson Pharmacy for over thirty years, retiring in 2004. Harold loved horse riding and quail hunting. He was a member of the Henderson Church of Christ.He is survived by his wife, Joy Yates Maness; two daughters, Carla Becker and husband Andrew of Richmond, VA and Cathy Maples and husband Greg of Henderson and five grandchildren, Macy Maples, Max Maples, Madlyn Maples, Rachel Becker and Megan Becker.
