Hanley Franks

Hanley Frankswas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on May 26, 1914 the son of the late Sally Franks.On October 26, 1937 he was united in marriage to Mary Massy, who preceded him in death on March 3, 2004.Mr. Franks was a farmer and veteran of the U.S. Army. He enjoyed spending time with his family, farming, killing hogs, and sharing the meat with his neighbors.Mr. Franks departed this life on December 21, 2010 at the age of 96 years, 6 months, 25 days.Mr. Franks is survived by 2 sons, Tommy Jack Franks of Savannah, Tennessee and Charles E. Franks of Scottsboro, Alabama; 2 daughters, Joyce Perry of Savannah, Tennessee and Linda Falls of Gainsville, Georgia; 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
