Guymon Davis

GUYMON DAVISwas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on January 27, 1935 the son of Laura Hazel Haggard Davis and the late Newt Wallace Davis.On November 7, 1953 he was united in marriage to Freeda Flurry, who survives.Mr. Davis was a Funeral Director for 17 years for Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah. He was a United States Army Veteran. Mr. Davis was a member of First Baptist Church in Savannah. He enjoyed traveling and fishing.Mr. Davis departed this life on May 11, 2010 at the Baptist Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 75 years, 3 months and 14 days.In addition to his wife, Freeda of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by one daughter, Debbie Dockery and her husband David of Savannah, Tennesseeone grandson, Dalton Dockery of Savannah, Tennesseehis mother, Hazel Davis of Savannah, Tennessee
