Grady Beckham

GRADY BECKHAMwas born in Wayne County, Tennessee on August 22, 1924 the son of the late Zilman and Lue Shull Beckham. On July 6, 1955 he was united in marriage to the former Doris Murphy, who survives. Mr. Beckham worked as a carpenter and was employed with B and R Lumber Company for 17 years. He was a member of Ward's Apostolic Church. Mr. Beckham was known as a good father and a good friend.He departed this life on March 26, 2007 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 82 years, 7 months and 4 days.Mr. Beckham is survived by his wife, Doris Beckham of Savannah, Tennessee; a daughter, Marilyn White and a son, Mark Beckham, both of Savannah; a granddaughter, Jessica Beckham and one brother, Bobby Gene Beckham of Savannah, Tennessee.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Hassell Beckham.
