Services for Goldie Mary Brewer Nutt, age 93, of Waynesboro will be Sunday, July 12, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Chapel in Waynesboro with Bobby Pinckley officiating. Burial will follow in Waynesboro Memorial Gardens with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of arrangements.She was born January 19, 1916 in Wayne County, the daughter of the late Tom Cebe and Ada Jane Gobble Brewer. Mrs. Nutt departed this life Friday, July 10, 2009 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro at the age of 93 Years, 5 Months, 21 Days. She was married to Herman Wilson Nutt February 14, 1932. He preceded her in death February 28, 1990. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Harold W. Nutt, grandson, Bryan Skelton, brothers, John Brewer, Carmel (Shad) Brewer, Tom Brewer, Jr., Lewis Brewer, and sisters, Opal Davis, Clovia Staggs, Alton Faye Nutt, and Geneva Nutt. She was a retired factory worker and was a member of the Church of Christ.She is survived by sons, Robert E. Nutt of Goodlettsville, TN Donald Gene Nutt of Waynesboro, TN Billy Dan Nutt of Memphis, TNdaughter, Linda White of Pulaski, TN7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 3 great-greatgrandchildren
