GLEN TIDWELL
Was born in Savannah, Tennessee on May 10, 1933 the son of the late Lonnie Sevier Tidwell, Sr. and Mattie Lee Fox Tidwell.
On May 1, 1953 he was united in marriage to the former Wilma Jean Morris, who survives.
Mr. Tidwell was a retired farmer. He was a welder for Armco Steel in Mishawaka, Indiana. Mr. Tidwell was Southern Baptist in belief. He was a resident of the Walnut Grove Community and former resident of Mishawaka, Indiana and Waterloo, Alabama.
He was a loving husband, caring father, strong leader, hard worker, man with strong determination, exceptional and spectacular grandpa and great grandpa.
Mr. Tidwell departed this life in Savannah, Tennessee on October 11, 2006 at the age of 73 years, 5 months and 1 day.
Other than his wife, Wilma Jean Tidwell of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by one daughter, Audrey Lee Lumpkin and her husband Jeff of Savannah, Tennessee.
2 grandchildren, Stacey Jean McFall and her husband Preston Todd McFall and Brandon Dewayne Morris and his wife Dana Suzanne Morris
2 great-grandchildren, Shelby and Landon McFall
2 sisters, Wilma Lavelle Hod and Virginia Inez Stricklin, both of Savannah, Tennessee
2 brothers, Lonnie Sevier Tidwell, Jr. and Johnny Leon Tidwell, both of Savannah, Tennessee.
Mr. Tidwell was also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Velma Louise Hairrell and Anna Yuovonne Banks and one brother, James Carl Tidwell.
