Born May 30, 1942 in Crump TN to the late Evelyn and Ray Phillips, died on May 12, 2024 at the age of 81.

Proud accomplishments of Glen’s life were Parks and Recreation Director 25+ yrs, USSSA Softball Umpire 25+ yrs, appointed State of Tennessee Chief Umpire USSSA Director in 1989, TSSAA Basketball and Baseball referee and umpire 30+ yrs
Hall of Fame Inductee in 2011.

Survived by brother Jim and Ann Phillips of Clarksville.
2 daughters Vicki and Andy Lieblick of Henderson, and Darla Mckellips and Sabrina Petruzzi of Savannah.
4 grandchildren Justin and Brooke Caldwell, Josh Caldwell, Nathan Mckellips and Trista Mckellips of Savannah.
3 nephews and 8 great grandchildren.

Predeceased by parents Evelyn and Ray, sister Wanda Stewart and daughter Sherry Lynn.
