Gladys Aylor

Gladys Roberts Aylor was born July 8, 1926 in Carroll County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Troy D. and Ethel Todd Roberts.She was united in marriage to James Paul Aylor Sr. on May 29, 1946. Mr. Aylor preceded her in death on December 2, 2007.Mrs. Aylor worked in bookkeeping at the McNairy County Trustee's office. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Selmer, Tennessee where she taught the young married couples Sunday school class.Mrs. Aylor departed this life on May 7, 2008 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 81 Years, 9 Months, 29 Days.She is survived by a son, Paul Aylor and wife Jennifer of Hornsby, TN; a daughter, Anne Keefe and husband Kenneth of Germantown, TN; a grandchild, Syndi Kathryn Aylor; a sister, Margie Smith of Clarksburg, TN.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Aylor was preceded in death by a sister, Myra Foote; and a brother, Dayton Roberts.
