Gertrude Christian Lovelace Herston departed this life on Friday, March 15, 2013, at the age of 67 years, 8 months, 17 days.She was born in Harlin County, Kentucky on June 26, 1945, the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Ann Phillips Christian. Gertrude loved working puzzles, watching TV, and square dancing.Ms. Herston is survived by her daughters, Ollie Renee Lovelace of Counce, Tennessee, Tammy Marie Brown and Jackie Mae Lovelace both of Cherokee, Alabama; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Ruby Weaver of McIntosh, Alabama and Janie Christian of Virginia; 2 brothers, Juan Christian of Anchorage, Alaska and Tommy Christian of Citrus Grove, Florida.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Lillie Mae Hart.
