Geraldine Williams

Geraldine (Gerry) Sartin Williams was born November 12, 1936 in Red Bay, Alabama the daughter of the late Clarence Houston and Lona Jackson Sartin. She was united in marriage to Farris D. Williams on February 27, 1956. They enjoyed over 50 years of marriage. Mr. Williams preceded her in death on May 15, 2006.Mrs. Williams was a retired floral designer and was a member of the Bethel Springs Church of God of Prophecy, where she played the piano and participated in a nursing home ministry. Mrs. Williams departed this life on May 17, 2006 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 69 Years, 6 Months, 5 Days. She is survived by a son, Charles Williams and wife Rose of Bethel Springs, Tennessee; a sister, Betty Reeves and husband Jack of Selmer, Tennessee; two brothers: Harold Sartin and wife Alice of Lenox, Tennessee and David Sartin and wife Jan of Chattanooga, Tennessee; three granddaughters: Jovan Williams, Charlie Williams and Madison Williams; and two great-grandchildren.
