Gerald Doles, 37, of Bolivar, died Friday, June 23, 2006 at Bolivar General Hospital.
He was born June 13, 1969, in Ripley, Mississippi, the son of Roy Doles of Bolivar and the late Jeannie Mae Gates Doles and lived here all of his life. He graduated from Bolivar Central High School in 1987 and attended Forest Hill Pentecostal Church for a short time.
Services were 2:00 PM Sunday, June 25, 2006 at Shackelford Funeral Directors Bolivar chapel with Tim Petersen officiating. Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery near Middleton.
In addition to his father, survivors include one sister, Wanda West of Toone; three brothers, James “Leroy†and Billy Doles, both of Bolivar and Larry Doles of Maggie Valley, NC; one uncle, Tom Doles of Bolivar and several cousins.
