Georgia Mae Lyons

Georgia Mae Bailey Lyons was born April 27, 1932 in Bolivar County, Mississippi the daughter of the late Joseph Donald and Maude Olivia Clark Bailey.On February 10, 1951, she was united in marriage to Robert Julian Lyons, Sr. who preceded her in death on April 4, 2009.Mrs. Lyons was a homemaker and attended the First Baptist Church in Adamsville, Tennessee.Mrs. Lyons departed this life on December 28, 2010 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 78 Years, 8 Months, 1 Day. She is survived by four daughters, Debra Denson and husband Terry of Millington, TN, Dawn MaGee of Memphis, TN, Georgia Nunley of McMinnville, TN, and Cindy Hughes and husband Teddy of Adamsville, TN; three sons, Robert Lyons Jr. and wife Marcia of Nashville, TN, Joseph Lyons and wife Cally of Liverpool, England,and Michael Lyons and wife Kari of Spring Hill, TN; a brother, Reese Bailey of New Mexico; a sister-in-law, Lois Bailey of Indianola, MS; ten grandchildren, Daniel Hughes and wife Erika, Fahren Choate and husband Brandon, Amber MaGee, Ashlei MaGee, Joseph Lyons, Maggie Lyons, Sam Lyons, Billy Joe Nunley, Jesse Nunley, and Vitor Zangirolame; two great grandchildren, Linkoln Daniel Hughes, and Anniston Kase Choate.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Lyons was preceded in death by a half-brother, J. D. Bailey.
