George Washington Hagy
was born in Harrisonville, Missouri on February 22, 1931 the son of the late Andrew Jackson and Grace Evelyn Dahman Hagy.
On October 10, 1952 he was united in marriage to the former Joy Lou Whaley, who preceded him in death on September 5, 1992. Mr. Hagy was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a retired real-estate salesman.
He departed this life on September 27, 2006 at Savannah Healthcare Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 75 years, 7 months and 5 days.
Mr. Hagy is survived by one daughter, Sherri Vogel of Madera, California;
3 sons: Steven Hagy of Fresno, California, Randall Hagy of Madera, California and Richard Hagy of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; 6 grandchildren
and 4 brothers: Dale Hagy of Aransas Pass, Texas, Glenn Hagy of Portland, Texas,
Loyd Hagy of Gilmer, Texas and Donald Hagy of Aransas Pass, Texas.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Price.
