George D. Elliott

George D. Elliott was born August 20, 1922 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late Robert and Cindy LaRue Elliott.He was united in marriage to Juanita Barnett on November 29, 1940.Mr. Elliott was a famer, a lifelong residence of McNairy County and loved to fish. Mr. Elliott departed this life on December 4, 2010 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 88 Years, 3 Months, 14 Days. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Juanita Elliott of Adamsville, TN; three daughters, Martha Cunningham and husband Jimmy of Adamsville, TN, Molly McDaniel and husband Eldon of Adamsville, TN, Kay Garner and husband Gary of Adamsville, TN; a sister, Mary Neal Christopher of Adamsville, TN; four grandchildren, Mike Cunningham, Keith McDaniel, Joey McDaniel, Cathy Maness; six great grandchildren, Kyle McDaniel, Cameron McDaniel, Lindsey Cunningham, Jill Brasher, Caley Burks, Cole Maness; a grt-grt-grandchild, Mia Burks; several nieces, nephews and friends.In addition to his parents, Mr. Elliott was preceded in death by two sons, Eddie and Greg Elliott; four sisters, Lexie Nold, Hettie Gray, Donvie Christopher, Billie Moore; two brothers, Charles T. and James T. Elliott.
