Funeral services for George Roscoe Butler, age 83, of Collinwood, TN will be on Tuesday March 25, 2008, 1:00 pm Cromwell Crossroads Church, Collinwood, TN with Greg Eaton, officiating. Interment following in Cromwell Crossroads Church Cemetery, Collinwood, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be on Monday March, 24, 2008, 6:00—9:00pm Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood, TN , Tuesday March 25, 2008 9:00 am until service time at Cromwell Crossroads Church, Collinwood,TN
George Roscoe Butler died on Sunday, March 23, 2008 at Wayne Medical Center, Waynesboro, TN Mr. Butler was born on February 25, 1925 in Richwoods, Missouri to the late Frank and Emma Littrell Butler. He was preceded in death by son; Virgil Butler; daughter; Linda Ruefenacht Stooksberry; and brother of the late; Francis and John “Buck†Butler; and Emma Gertrude Butler
Mr. Butler was a factory worker and attended Cromwell Crossroads Community Church.
