GENELLE TALLEY
Was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on December 13, 1926 the daughter of the late Elvis and Gestel White Singleton.
On December 12, 1946 she was united in marriage to Carl Talley, who preceded his wife in death on December 26, 2005.
Mrs. Talley retired from Parris Manufacturing. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Mrs. Talley departed this life on February 27, 2007 at the Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 80 years, 2 months and 14 days.
She is survived by one daughter, Carlene Lake of Counce, Tennessee.
One grandchild, Carla Parks Tennison and her husband Kerry
3 great-grandchildren, Katie Elizabeth Tennison, Caroline Grace Tennison and Anna Claire Tennison.
2 sisters, Faye Briley of Big Sandy, Tennessee and Eloise Heath of Adamsville, Tennessee.
2 brothers, Dale Singleton of Memphis, Tennessee and Huey Singleton of Lone Star, Texas.
Mrs. Talley was also preceded in death by one daughter, Nell Talley and one sister, Jimmie Ruth Singleton and one brother, Jr. Singleton.
