Gaytha Williams

Gaytha Hudson Williams was born September 19, 1915 in Milledgeville, Tennessee the daughter of the late Oscar E. and Nancy Angline Smith Hudson.She was a Retired School Teacher of 34 years for the McNairy County School System. A member of the First Baptist Church of Adamsville, TN, the Eastern Star, Retired Teachers Association and a Graduate of Union University. Ms. Williams departed this life on August 3, 2007 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 91 Years, 10 Months, 15 Days.She is survived by a brother, James Hudson and wife Joyce of Savannah, Tennessee; sister-in-laws, Lula Hudson of Carnesville, Georgia, Tinkie Hudson of Columbia, Tennessee and Justine Hudson of Cherokee, Alabama and a Host of Nieces and Nephews.In addition to her parents, Ms. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, Waldemar Williams; five sisters, Blanche Garrett, Nola Martin, Earle Lacey, Edie Hudson and Evie Hudson; five brothers, Taft Hudson, Hallie Hudson, W. C. Hudson, Anderson Hudson and Talmadge Hudson.
