Finger, TN: Gaylon Chandler, age 57 passed away December 14, 2010 at Regional Hospital of Jackson.He was born and reared at Finger in McNairy County, the son of the late Emanuel Riley and Minnie Sula Hysmith Chandler. He attended schools in McNairy County. He made his home at Finger. He worked as a mechanic for Dement Construction Company, a driver for Teague Transport and U.S. Mail Carrier with Barclay Trucking. He owned and operated Dano’s Den at Finger. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Selmer. Gaylon was a faithful friend and did many benefits for those in need. He is survived by two daughters, Clarisa Gail Chandler Arnold and Casandra Lynn Chandler both of Henderson; two brothers, Aubry Candler of Finger and Joe Chandler of Union City; four sisters, Patricia Crowe, Loretta Miller and Leona Griswell all of Finger and Brenda Wilson of Henderson; two grandchildren, Corbin Blake Chandler and Harold Arnold, Jr.He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Larry Chandler in 2005 and two brothers, Larry Chandler in 1969 in Vietnam and John Edward Chandler in 2003.
