Gary W. Fults

Gary Wayne Fults, 50, departed this life on July 27, 2016 at Hardin Medical Center. Gary was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee on April 29, 1966, son of the late Buddy W. and Marrece Bevis Fults.

Gary loved watching football. The Tennessee Vols and the Pittsburgh Steelers were his favorite teams. He also loved spending time with his family and friends, going to the creek, and cooking. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his sister, Renee Wallace of Adamsville, Tennessee and her husband, Bernard Wallace of California; half sister, Nicole Fults of Nashville, Tennessee; daughter, Autumn Moser of Adamsville, Tennessee; sons, Gage and Dion Leyba of Alabama; stepfather, Garry Franks; stepmother, Vicki Franks; two stepsisters, Renee Rickman and husband, Ricky and Tammy Melson and husband, Randy; niece, Katlyn Wallace and husband, DJ Irvin all of Savannah, Tennessee; great nieces, two granddaughters, and James and Nicole Waters, and Christopher Jett.
