Gary Crotts Davis, Sr. was born in Texas on December 26, 1954 the son of Paul C. Davis, Jr. and the late Doris Elizabeth Crotts Edens.Mr. Davis had worked as a Trimmer for Roach Sawmill and had enjoyed fishing. In addition to Texas he had lived in Florence, Alabama; Hardin County, Jackson, and McNairy County, Tennessee. He was a member of Sharon Baptist Church in Savannah, Tennessee.Mr. Davis departed this life on December 19, 2010 at the age of 55 years, 11 months, 23 days.In addition to his father, Mr. Davis is survived by a son, Gary Crotts Davis, Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia; 3 grandchildren, Ian Davis, Ivannah Davis, and Carson Sutton; 2 brothers, Greg Davis and Brett Davis both of Savannah, Tennessee.
