Gary Dewayne Davis

Gary Dewayne Davis of Waynesboro, TN was born May 11, 1961 in Selmer, TN, the son of the late Warren G. and Frankie Marie Davidson Davis. Mr. Davis was an excavator operator and attended the Eastview Baptist Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee and departed this life on Sunday, June 19, 2022 at his home at the age of 61 Years, 1 Month, 8 Days.
He is survived by daughters, Jennifer Lee Davis of Savannah, TN and Madison Lee Davis of Waynesboro, TN; 3 grandchildren; his former wife, Barbara Davis and nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Davis was preceded in death by brothers, Eddie, Ronnie and Danny Davis and a sister, Annette Davis.
At his request, his body will be cremated.
The Davis family has planned a small memorial in honor of Mr. Davis. This will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the Eastview Baptist Church in Waynesboro, TN.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. service time at the Eastview Baptist Church with Bro. James (Possum) Butler delivering the eulogy.
In lieu of flowers, if anyone would like to help the family with expenses, sympathy gifts may be given to Mary Butler at Durens Pharmacy or Jennifer/ Madison David at P.O. Box 351, Waynesboro, TN.
The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude for gifts, kind words and thoughts, and above all, prayers.
