Frederick Thomas Hendricks

Frederick Thomas Hendricks Sr. was born March 4, 1954 in Mishawaka, Indiana the son of Barbara Ann Barnett Hendricks who survives of Cypress Inn, Tennessee and the late William Benjamin Hendricks, Sr. Mr. Hendricks departed this life on November 9, 2008 at Wayne Care Nursing Home in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 54 Years, 8 Months, 5 Days. In addition to his father, Mr. Hendricks was preceded in death by a son, Michael Covington; and a brother, Paul L. Hendricks. He was a roofer and welder.Survivors other than his mother are a son, Frederick T. Hendricks Jr.; daughter, Autumn Rose Hendricks, all of Cypress Inn, TN; four brothers, William B. Hendricks Jr. of Cypress Inn, TN, Jason R. Hendricks of Sanford, FL, Carson G. Hendricks of Crawfordville, FL, John Hendricks and wife Rita of Debary, FL; three sisters, Pamela Doney and husband Chryst of Sanford, FL, Paula Penna and husband Mike of Polk City, FL, Leigh Ann Dudley and husband David of Castleberry, FL; aunts, Ruth Ayers of Lutts, TN, Sue Philps of Sanford, FL, Donna Wothing of Mishawauka, IN, and Rene Jones of Lake Crystal, FL; uncles, Jack Barnett of Mishawauka, IN, Victor Griggs of Osceola, IN, and Thomas Hendricks of North Mankato, MNMemorial Services will be held Saturday, November 15, 2008 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Josh Stults officiating. His remains were cremated. Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County is in charge of the arrangements.
