Fred Roberts

Fred Roberts of Collinwood, TN was born November 26, 1922 in Iron City, Tennessee, the son of the late James Leo and Jennie Mae Dishongh Roberts. Mr. Roberts was an auditor, of the Methodist faith, and was a United States Army veteran.Mr. Roberts departed this life on May 7, 2010 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 87 Years, 5 Months, 11 Days.He is survived by two brothers, Billy Glenn Roberts and Brandon Roberts both of Florida; half-sisters, Sue Beddingfield and Ruth Middleton both of Midway, OH, Betty Jo Alfred, SC; nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, Mr. Roberts was preceded in death by a brother, James Harold Roberts; sister, Freda Brewer; two half-sisters, Nell Kelley, Dorothy Dabbs.At his request, a prayer will be given at the graveside at Arlington Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee with burial to follow.
